Alcohol

Healthy drinking?

Drinking can be beneficial or harmful, depending on your age and health status, the situation, and, of course, how much you drink.  Healthy Oxford Hills' Substance Abuse Prevention Program focuses on fostering a healthy relationship to alcohol, whatever your personal choice is about whether or not to drink.  This program helps address two aspects of problematic drinking:

Underage Drinking

High Risk Drinking

Please take a moment to review these issues and how they effect our culture. Community "norms", attitudes about appropriate drinking behavior, are a major factor in how individuals relate to alcohol.  Individual choices not only improve your own health, but also impact others.  Educate yourself - and Be the Change!
